Complaints
All of our shipments are carefully packaged and inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. However, if you still have received a damaged item, please carefully read the following instructions. Please always consider that all return costs, including freight, customs and VAT charges, have to be covered by the customer. If Aquatuning is billed for these costs, we will retain the required amount from the credit of the returned item(s).
Please always check if the shipment costs exceed the value of the item!
Please use our links below and fill out all necessary information to file a complaint. Do not send the item back yet! After receiving your complaint, we will contact you and inform you about the further process. Please make sure that your spam filter does not block emails from aquatuning.ch!
Transport damages
Please always inspect a shipment for obvious damages and in presence of the supplier upon acceptance.
Any damages must be noted by the supplier as 'damaged', e.g. by scanning the shipment as 'corrupt'. Any other damages have to be reported to us in written form (letter, email, fax) within 7 days upon receipt. We will contact the delivery service and file a damage report. The delivery service may afterwards want to inspect or pick up the damaged shipment.

Wrong article ordered
Should you have ordered an article that is incompatible to/with your components you may always return it to us. Please note that all costs (shipping charges, customs charges) must be covered by the customer. Hence we recommend reselling such articles e.g. on online platforms. Please also read our return policy for more information!

Defective articles
Should an item purchased at our shop become defective within 2 years (e.g. pump does not start) please use the following link to contact us and fill out all required fields. Please always include a picture of the defective item in your email. After receiving your email we will contact you and inform you about the further process. If the item is made by an US manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer directly for complaints!

Wrong delivery:
Should you have been sent an item that you did not order and that is incompatible with the item you ordered (e.g. the graphics card waterblock is incompatible with your graphics card) please send us a picture of the shipment as photographic proof. Also, please make sure to include all delivered items in the picture, otherwise your complaint cannot be processed.
